Great service but the quality of food--not so much. Mass produced pizza is what it is. Since the inception of $5 ready pizza, you just know what to expect so no grave disappointment. The Ilitch folly is overlooked here because of the quality customer service. The young people who work here at the Cooley Lake Rd. store are top notch, friendly LC employees. My $5 Hot-n-Ready was a little over cooked as I went to sneak a piece in the car. I went back in and the young man gave me another one that was done just right. He also told me to keep the other. That was nice. I suppose even a over cooked free pizza doesn't really taste that bad. My point is that he did the right thing instead of arguing and fussing as often times this happens. When we need hot cardboard, we go here.
